At The Movesmith, we are meticulous when it comes to staffing. We only accept exceptional candidates to fulfill our elite team of professional movers, managers and support staff. All new hires will start on the trucks as a trainee with the opportunity to work up to a Certified Movesmith (CMS), our top field position. Only CMS staffers are eligible for advancement to to a managerial role.
